Ellie-Jane Bradshaw
Hi my name is Ellie-Jane, an Australian artist based in North East Victoria (and sometimes Japan), focusing on themes of nature and in particular Australian eucalyptus pauciflora snow gum trees.
A lot of my artworks are inspired by the beautiful snow gums found in the alpine areas of Australia. The colours of these trees vary throughout the year, with their brilliant displays of reds and oranges emerging as the weather gets colder. Their colours contrast against the snow in winter to make for exciting artworks.

I have spent a lot of time living in Japan and currently returned from living in Hokkaido where snow covered the landscape for almost 6 months of the year. I enjoy painting snowy scenes, inspired by the scenes in Hokkaido and the snow areas in my home area in Victoria.
Previously I have lived in rural Japanese towns where I was surrounded by the beauty of hidden mountain villages and unique mountainous landscapes.
I am a passionate watercolour and lino print artist. I am self taught and always enjoy learning new things and exploring other forms of art.
I hope that my art provides inspiration to others and encourages others to appreciate the beauty of eucalyptus pauciflora and Australia’s snowy landscapes.
If you are interested in getting in contact I am available for commission pieces.
